The Ocean Needs Your Help
Every single minute the equivalent of one dump truck full of plastic enters the ocean! That is more than 8 million tons annually and there is no sign that number is going to slow down any time soon. It's estimated that by 2050, the amount of plastic in the ocean will outweigh its entire population of fish. That is a very scary thought to us here at 4ocean, so we have made it our mission to help stem this tide of pollution by removing plastic, trash and debris from the ocean and coastlines every single day.
We have partnered with Earth Day Network to increase our global impact by raising awareness of this growing problem and combat the issue firsthand through our cleanups. The Earth Day Network is responsible for coordinating the observance of Earth Day in over 192 countries around the world and spearheads many amazing campaigns throughout the year to promote, diversify, educate and activate the environmental movement worldwide.
